* MAGDALENE LOUISE AASEN, 88, of Aurora died May 21. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 29, at Serenity Chapel, Hampden Memorial Gardens, with burial at Hampden Memorial Gardens. Miss Aasen was born in Starbuck, Minn., on June 29, 1907. She was a teacher in Montana and worked for Soil Conservation in Trinidad, Denver and Nebraska. She is survived by a sister Adelaide of Minneapolis.

* DELBERT DWAINE AMACK SR., 80, of Littleton died May 22. Mr. Amack was born in Haxtun on Oct. 8, 1915. He was a carpenter, and member of Carpenters Union Local No. 55. Survivors include daughter LaDonna Anderson of Arvada; sons Delbert Jr. and William, both of Lakewood; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

* CAREY DAVID BOEN, 25, of Northglenn died May 18. Services were May 22, with burial at Highland Cemetery. Mr. Boen was born in Thornton on Dec. 26, 1970. He graduated from Northglenn High School in 1989, and worked as a machinist. Survivors include his parents Harlan and Sharrell of Northglenn; sister Holly of Thornton; brothers Braidy of Denver, Kelly of Henderson, Terry of Northglenn, Timmy of Thornton, Steven of Utah; grandparents Ella of North Dakota, Butch and Virginia Anderson of Alaska.

* RUTH CHAMBERS BOSTROM, 92, of Littleton died May 11. Services were May 14, with burial in Centralia, Ill. Mrs. Bostrom was born in Jefferson County, Ill., on July 7, 1903. She moved to Denver in 1950. She was the owner of Ruth's Style Shop in Denver and Englewood. She volunteered on the Senior Advisory Committee to the Littleton Housing Authority. She held offices with Royal Neighbors and Rebekah Lodges. She tutored Denver elementary school children in reading. Survivors include daughters Norma Besant of Denver, Betty Mulvey of Littleton; sister Mae Hammond of Centralia; 16 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren.

* NORMA JEAN BRYANT, 68, of Denver died May 23. Services will be at noon Sunday, May 26, in Conifer. Mrs. Bryant was born in South Bend, Ind., on May 5, 1928. She was self-employed. She was a member of the Colorado Dog Groomers Association and the Colorado West Highland Terrier Association. Survivors include son A. Donn Dunlap of Nebraska; daughter Barbara Barth of Littleton; brother Darrell Zellers of Indiana; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

* JACOB C. ``JAKE'' BURKHARDT, 85, of Wheat Ridge died May 19. Services were May 23. Mr. Burkhardt was born in Denver on March 7, 1911. He married Ruby May Andrews, 1934. He was a rancher and owner of Blake Street Service Station. He was a Mason and member of Eastern Star. Survivors include son Jake of Arvada; sisters Rubye Oldenettel and Mayetta Linke, both of Denver; brother Edward of Denver; two grandchildren.

* GAIL F. CAIN, 72, died May 19 in Dacono. Mr. Cain was born in Maxwell, Neb., on July 25, 1923. He married Frances Carpenter, 1975. He was a carpenter at Orr Construction. He served in the Navy and was a member of the Moose Club and Carpenters Union. Survivors include stepson Frank Gruber of Denver; brothers Dale of Denver, Bill of Texas; sister Joy Bayne of Nebraska; five grandchildren.

* KIMBERLY ANN FAIRLESS ELLIOTT, 39, of Littleton died May 7. Services were May 14, with burial at the Minturn Cemetry in Minturn. Mrs. Elliott was born in Arkansas City, Kan., on Jan. 30, 1957. She married Daniel C. Elliott, 1987. She was a center administrator with the graduate school of professional psychology at the University of Denver. She was involved with the Denver Humane Society and the Denver Dumb Friends League, and was a member of the Clements Park Library. Survivors include her husband; mother Charlotte Dupree of California; sisters Toni Black of New Mexico, Tanya Steele of Wheat Ridge.

* HELEN E. FERRIS, 81, of Denver died May 18. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 11, at Horan and McConaty, 1091 S. Colorado Blvd. Mrs. Ferris was born in Denver on Feb. 9, 1915. She married Wakyn W. Ferris, 1963. She was retired. Survivors include her husband; son David Krebs of California.

* DONNA FINNIE, 45, of Lakewood died May 22. Memorial services were May 25. Ms. Finnie was born in Denver in 1950. She was a claims supervisor and senior project analyst with Blue Cross and Blue Shield from 1974 to 1994. She worked for Rocky Mountain Health Care Corporation. Survivors include mother Lorie Summers of Meeker; brother Bob of Arvada.

* EDWARD R. ``ED'' HAYMAKER, 82, of Casper, Wyo., formerly of Denver, died May 23. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, May 27, at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Wyoming. Mr. Haymaker was born in Pitcairn, Pa., on Feb. 7, 1914. He married Grace O'Brien, 1941. After she died he married Nadine Corbett, 1994. He worked for Phillips Petroleum in various locations in Texas and Oklahoma. He was a petroleum engineer consultant and a U.S. Geological Survey engineer, retiring in 1973 from their Casper office. Survivors include his wife Nadine; daughters Grace of Longmont, Patricia Haymaker Hueni of Lakewood; stepson Leroy Crobett of Casper; stepdaughter Marilyn Epling of Nevada; sisters Betty Black, Mary Ellen Bott and Peggy McKissock; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

* MARGARET LUCILE KINGSOLVER, 91, died May 19 in Denver. Services were May 22. Mrs. Kingsolver was born in Canton, Ohio, on Nov. 9, 1904. She married Byron Wesley Kingsolver, 1931. She taught at the Colorado School for the Deaf and Blind for 20 years, at the Ohio School for the Deaf for a year and at La Junta public schools for five years. She was a member of St. Paul's and Stratmoor Hills United Methodist Church. Survivors include son Paul of Littleton; daughter Nancy Feetham of Oregon; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

* GARY WAYNE LEWIS, 52, died May 21 in Aurora. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 29, at St. Phillips Lutheran Church, 7531 S. Kendall Blvd. Mr. Lewis was born in Limon on April 9, 1944. He married Cheryl Rugh, 1989. He was a mail clerk at the Air Reserve Personnel Center. He was involved with Special Olympics, Saturday Club and Developmental Pathways. Survivors include his wife; brothers Donald of Lakewood, Mike of California, Paul of Littleton.

* MAXINE E. MacDONELL, 57, of Denver died May 20. Services were May 25. Ms. MacDonell was born in Dallas on Oct. 31, 1938. She was a financial adviser at Shandy Inc. Survivors include daughter Shannon Weston of Denver; son David of Denver; brothers Ernie Evans, Tom Evans and Norman Evans, all of Texas, Harry Evans of Georgia; sister Pat Robertson of Texas; a granddaughter.

* FRANK HITOSHI MATSUMONJI, 80, of Denver died May 21. Services will be at 8 p.m. Thursday, May 30, at Simpson United Methodist Church, Arvada. Mr. Matsumonji was born in Denver on Jan. 25, 1916. He was an MVS truck driver for the Postal Service, retiring in 1981. Survivors include his wife Sachiko Betty; son Lance; brother Ike of Northglenn; sisters Kathleen Kondo of Texas, Edna Yamada of Arizona, Blanche Miers of Florida.

* CHARLES S. McLAIN, 72, of Arvada died May 22. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 28, at Crown Hill Chapel. Mr. McLain was born in Denver on Aug. 29, 1923. He married Ruth Strauch, 1945. He served in the Navy during World War II and worked in the automobile and manufacturing businesses. He was a member of VFW No. 11559. Survivors include his wife; daughters Judy Payne of Arvada, Jan Barker of Florida; son Kent of Arvada; sister Betty Moyle of Denver; brother John of Arvada; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

* ROBERT JEAN MOORE, 73, of Denver died May 22. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 28, at Montview Boulevard Presbyterian Church, 1900 Dahlia St. Mr. Moore was born in Hartland, Maine, on Aug. 30, 1922. He married Thelma Giberson, 1947. He served in the armed forces during World War II. He was a retired insurance agent. Survivors include his wife; daughters Bobbe Moore Hultin of Denver, Susan Moore Drewes of Westminster; four grandchildren.

* MARGUERITE NALTY, 98, of Louisville died May 22 in Northglenn. Private services were held. Mrs. Nalty was born in Denver on Jan. 28, 1898. She married John R. Nalty, 1924. She was a clerk / typist for the federal civil service. Survivors include son John of California; daughter Jane Berger of Broomfield.

* PAUL SKIBAUSKAS PETERS, 81, of Denver died May 24. Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 28, at Good Shepherd Cahtolic Church, with burial at Fort Logan National Cemetery. Mr. Peters was born in Worcester, Mass., on Aug. 21, 1914. He was a retired draftsman. He served in the Navy during World War II. He was a member of Colorado Watch and Clockmakers Guild. Survivors include his wife Louise; daughter Beverly Swistowicz of Wyoming; sons Bill, Jim and John, all of Denver; sisters Helen Skibauskas, Alice Deres and Dorothea Survilas, all of Massachusetts; four grandchildren.

* WILLIAM EMMIT ``BUD'' REASONER, 64, of Loma, previously of Arvada, died May 23 in Grand Junction. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 28, at McLean Funeral Home Chapel, Fruita. Mr. Reasoner was born in Merino on Feb. 10, 1932. He married Marie Ghilarducci, 1957. He was an over-the-road truck driver with Sigman Meat Co. of Denver. He was a 30-year member of the Jefferson County Mounted Posse and Teamsters Local No. 452. He served in the Navy during the Korean conflict. Survivors include his wife; son Mark of Loma; daughter Lori Frieze of Fruita; brothers Jack of Minnesota, Skip of Grand Junction, Dale and Randy, both of Denver; sisters Barbara Castor of Oklahoma, Cheryl Snyder and Debbie Peter, both of Denver; two grandchildren.

* BOYD ANDREW WALLER, 28, of Montrose died May 21 from injuries sustained in an auto accident. Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, May 26, at Crippin Funeral Home Chapel, with burial at Grandview Cemetery. Mr. Waller was born in Denver on July 8, 1967. He married Chris Ritchko, 1994. He was a fly rod craftsman at Scott's Fly Rod Company and was named employee of the year there in 1995. He worked in the pro shop of Aurora Golf Course. Survivors include his wife; daughter Bethany of Montrose; parents Dennis and Janet of Montrose; brother Troy of Denver; grandparents R.F. and Kathleen of Montrose, Jack and Mary Voice of Loveland.

* ANN R. WOOD, 93, of Denver died May 21 in Montana. Services were May 24, with burial at Crown Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Wood was born in Maud, Okla., on May 8, 1903. She married Devir Wood, 1983. She contributed to the war effort as a welder in the Portland, Ore., shipyards in 1945. She was a member of Cameron United Methodist Church. Survivors include daughters Madeline Kaye of Montana, Ann Orr of Denver; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 11 great great-grandchildren.
