The Colorado Black Chamber of Commerce has named nine new membersto its board of directors.

New members include:

Patricia Barela-Rivera, president and owner of PBR Solutions anddirector of community relations for Solera National Bank. She is theformer Colorado district director for the U.S. Small BusinessAdministration.

Damon Barry, vice president of business affairs, assistantgeneral counsel and corporate secretary for CSG SystemsInternational Inc.

Daniel C. Brown, a business technology executive for Xcel Energy.

Kelly Donovan, assistant vice president and community developmentrepresentative for Wells Fargo.

Jake Gilmore, president and CEO of the Gilmore Corp.

Tameka Montgomery, executive director of the Denver Metro SmallBusiness Development Center.

Robin P. 'Rob' Needham has joined Aleut Management Services asvice president of business development. He most recently worked atRivada Networks where he was the vice president of businessdevelopment.

Mikael Peterson has joined New England Financial of Colorado as afinancial representative. He offers securities, mutual funds,annuities and life insurance products, as well as generalinformation and advice regarding these products. He has completedthe Series 6 and Life and Health licenses.

Patricia Webb has been named senior vice president and chiefhuman resources officer for Catholic Health Initiatives. She hasmore than 25 years of experience in operations and human resources,joins Denver-based CHI from UMass Memorial Health Care, Worcester,Mass., where she is senior vice president and chief human resourcesofficer.

Matt Pulley has been promoted to vice president of sales forIntegra Telecom Colorado, a fiber-based, integrated wholesale andretail telecommunications provider. He has more than 10 years oftelecommunications experience. Before joining Integra Telecom, hewas the area general manager for Cricket Communications.

John J. Postolowski has been named the state's interim insurancecommissioner, taking over for Marcy Morrison whose term ends Dec.1.He is current deputy commissioner of finance and administration atthe division of insurance. He will serve until Gov-elect JohnHickenlooper appoints a commissioner.

Paul Slauter has joined OfficeScapes School Division as aTerritory Manager covering Eastern Kansas and Nebraska. Paul hasbeen in the furniture business for the last ten years in Oklahoma,Nevada and Colorado.

Will Rogers has joined Freedom Financial Services as executivevice president of Loan Production. He has more than 28 years ofexperience in mortgage banking production and operations. During thepast six years, he has consulted with three mortgage company start-ups in Colorado.
