DENVER, Dec. 18 -- Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing has awarded a contract (No. HCPFKQ1102RCCO) to Rocky Mountain HMO on Dec. 16 for controlling costs and improve the health of Medicaid clients as part of the Accountable Care Collaborative Program.
Period of Performance: July 2010 - June 2012
Amount: $13 per year
